Our Producers

FROM PASTURE
 TO PLATE.

We collaborate exclusively with local farms that prioritize animal welfare and raise their livestock on pasture.
Together, we are leading the way in responsible farming practices.

The result? Our meats are sourced from pasture-raised, free-range, grass-fed animals, without need for hormones and antibiotics. It's more than just buzzwords —–– it's a matter of integrity and sensible practices.

Grass-Fed Means Quality.

Iverstine Butcher uses grass-fed beef for our cuts. Our producers use Managed Intensive Rotational Grazing techniques; they move their cattle to fresh pastures daily.

Why? Three reasons:

First, the cows always have access to the highest quality forages, which provide optimal growth and development. Only grass-fed cattle reach the fullest potential of fat, finish, and tenderness without growth hormones or antibiotics.

Second, it creates an even distribution of manures, efficiently recycling the nutrients to feed the soil’s ecosystem.

Lastly, by moving our cattle daily,
the parasitic chain is broken; thus naturally reducing the number of parasitic worms and flies that would attack our cattle and reducing need for chemical wormers and fly sprays harmful to soil, insects, and microbes.
